Bridal footwear needs very careful consideration. Bridal shoes can either match the bridal gown or compliment the bridal outfit. Bespoke bridal shoes may be designed and created to match the bridal accessories. Obviously, tastes in styles of bridal footwear vary considerably, from the more traditional and plain wedding shoes to much more elaborate bridal footwear. Image is important - but always remember to "tread very carefully" in more ways than one. Ensure that you carefully consider the fact that your wedding footwear will be worn for many hours. The "first waltz" (or whatever your preference for the first wedding dance) continuing on with "dancing the night away", has been no great pleasure for many a bride when her favourite shoes begin "to pinch". So, as much as the importance of the bridal footwear needing to nicely compliment everything else such as the bridal gown and flowers, it is also absolutely vital that you select a pair of shoes which are not likely to spoil an otherwise perfect wedding day.
